The TraverseEdge™ 25 (TE-25) is a flexible, ultra-compact multiservice CPE solution designed for delivering 10/100/1000 Ethernet and TDM services from a SONET/SDH network. With support for a protected STM-1/4 or OC-3/12 trunk/ring interface, the TE-25 is powerful enough to support a variety of networking applications. The compact unit can be wall mounted or two TE-25s can be rack mounted in 1RU. The TE-25's 10/100/1000 Ethernet capabilities cost-effectively drive resilient E-Line services to the network edge.

The platform delivers four independently configurable Ethernet interfaces. Each interface supports rate limiting and speeds up to the available trunk bandwidth. Up to 4 T1/E1 interfaces are provided on the base system. An OC-3/STM-1 tributary port provides further expansion and service delivery options.
