The candidate will develop schedules, track schedules, issue management, implement change control, and communicate with stakeholders.
The candidate will manage engineering projects and project teams across multiple departments.
The candidate will be responsible for management of the project, process information, data, reporting, and documentation in order to provide complete and accurate project, and process plan updates.
The candidate will analyze processes to determine inefficiencies and priorities for improvement.
The candidate must posses a thorough knowledge of hardware and software development process. |
| Responsibilities |
- Coordinate project management activities among the project management, finance, operations, engineering and test teams, and with the rest of the Turin platform development groups
- Prepare and schedule necessary activities for various gates of the development process
- Organize and schedule the operations reviews, program reviews and R&D reviews
- Define and develop project plans, schedules, risk analysis and mitigation plans,
- Track and report on plans, schedules, milestones and documentation status
- Makes sure that all project documentation is current, complete and is stored appropriately

| Qualifications |
- Senior project manager with minimum of 5 years successfully leading complex programs and projects.
- BA/BS degree with minimum of 8 years in high tech industry.
- Hands-on cross-functional team leadership experience, including customer-facing.
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work autonomously with executives, managers and individual contributors at all levels.
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and influencing skills.
- Ability to identify and build best practices
- Partnership/Teamwork - ability to work well with a variety of people and be flexible to take on different roles/responsibilities as needs change.
- Influencing skills - strong business partnership, business process analysis, and influencing skills with heavy interaction at the decision-making manager/director/VP level.
- Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent program and project management skills.
- Highly experienced in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database software programs.
- Project Management Professional (PMP Certification preferred but not required).
