| Duties and Responsibilities |
- Design and develop GUI software for the network management system.
- Develop feature design specifications.
- Conduct and actively participate in development reviews (i.e. requirements, design, code & test plan).
- Integrate and test software features

| Qualifications |
- BS in Computer Science
- Knowledge in JAVA (J2SE), SWING, OOAD (Object Oriented Design & Analysis), distributed systems, UNIX, RMI, and HTTP
- TL/1, SNMP, XML, JDMK experience a plus
- Highly motivated individual with ability to learn quickly and drive the design and development of new features
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral; must be able to present and sell design ideas and solutions to functional groups
- Must have strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently
