Turin Networks,
Inc. announced today that it has named Karen Godfrey as Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer. Karen Godfrey was most
recently the acting Chief Financial Officer and Corporate
Controller at AFC. Ms. Godfrey had been AFC's Vice President
and Corporate Controller since May 1994 and its Assistant
Secretary since February 1995. From September 1992 to May
1994, Ms. Godfrey was self-employed as a financial management
consultant. Ms. Godfrey was the Chief Financial Officer of
fortune's Almanac, Inc., a catalog company, from September
1991 to September 1992 and the Chief Financial Officer and
Vice President of Operations of Paracomp, Inc. a software
company, from 1989 to September 1991.
